HumanLevelUP is operated by IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. This Privacy Policy explains how IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use the HumanLevelUP website, application, and related services.

1. Who operates the service

HumanLevelUP is the product and platform name. The legal operator of the service is IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. In this policy, "HumanLevelUP", "we", "us", and "our" refer to IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED as the operator of the HumanLevelUP service.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use HumanLevelUP, we may collect the following categories of data:

  • Account data such as your name, email address, login details, team or workspace information, and account preferences.
  • Billing and transaction data such as plan, subscription status, invoices, payment status, and limited payment-related metadata provided by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers in HumanLevelUP.
  • Prompt and workflow data such as prompts, files, instructions, workflow definitions, approvals, run history, outputs, destinations, and action payloads you submit or generate through the service.
  • Connector and integration data such as connected account metadata, OAuth tokens, API credentials, email settings, webhook endpoints, and integration configuration needed to run your workflows.
  • Usage and log data such as timestamps, feature usage, workflow run events, error events, audit trail data, and usage metrics.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, session identifiers, referrer data, and basic diagnostic logs.
  • Communications such as messages you send to us through support, contact, legal, or privacy email addresses.

3. How we use data

We use collected data to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and support HumanLevelUP;
  • authenticate users and secure accounts and workspaces;
  • run workflows, AI steps, approvals, connector actions, and related logs;
  • process billing, credits, subscriptions, and account administration;
  • detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and service misuse;
  • troubleshoot issues, monitor reliability, and improve product performance; and
  • respond to legal, privacy, support, or account requests.

4. AI providers, connectors, and subprocessors

To perform the workflow you request, HumanLevelUP may send prompts, workflow content, action payloads, and related metadata to configured third-party AI providers, connectors, hosting providers, payment processors, email services, and other subprocessors that help us operate the service.

If you enable a connector or choose an AI provider, relevant data may be processed by that third party as required to complete the requested workflow. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not just this Privacy Policy.

5. Prompt, workflow, and output processing

HumanLevelUP is designed to process the prompts, workflow steps, inputs, logs, and outputs you configure. This means your data may move through multiple components of the service and through third-party providers when needed to perform an AI generation, classification, extraction, approval, email action, webhook call, or another configured workflow step.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and users are responsible for reviewing outputs and workflow actions before relying on them.

6. Connector credentials and secrets

HumanLevelUP stores connector credentials and secrets only as needed to operate the integrations you choose. We use technical measures designed to protect stored secrets and limit access to them within the service. Even so, no storage or transmission method is perfectly secure, and you should connect only accounts and credentials you are authorized to use.

We also recommend rotating credentials and removing unused integrations when they are no longer needed.

7. How we share data

We may share data in the following limited situations:

  • with AI providers, connectors, and subprocessors as needed to provide the service;
  • with payment processors to manage subscriptions, payments, credits, refunds, and billing operations;
  • if required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request;
  • to protect the rights, property, safety, users, systems, or legal interests of HumanLevelUP, IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, or others; and
  • in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.

We do not sell your personal data.

8. Retention

We keep data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain logs, provide support, comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, your account status, the configuration of the service, and whether the data is needed for security, billing, or legal reasons.

If you close your account or request deletion, we may retain certain information for a limited period where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, financial records, backups, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

HumanLevelUP uses essential cookies and similar storage technologies needed to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember language or basic interface preferences, and operate the service. We do not describe the service as using advertising cookies in this policy.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and platform data. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

HumanLevelUP, its infrastructure providers, AI providers, and connected services may process data in jurisdictions other than your own. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or export of certain personal data. To make a privacy-related request, contact privacy@humanlevelup.org. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the service, by email, or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
